If you’ve unlocked the fridge using your credit or debit card directly at the kiosk you may notice multiple transactions on your debit or credit card statement.
Please follow the steps below before reaching out to our support team:
Double-check the order number of each transaction. This can be found on your statement directly next to the company name (KitchenMate).
If the order numbers match, all additional charges will either disappear or be refunded within 5 days. These are adjustments caused by our AI technology. They will not stick and you will only be charged once.
