Using the KitchenMate App
Open the app and tap the "Unlock Fridge" button.
Scan the QR code that will appear on the tablet's screen. You'll hear a "beep" once the fridge is unlocked.
Grab your Meal Pod (and any other items you'd like).
Remove the sleeve from Meal Pod and place it in the recycling compartment located at the bottom of the kiosk.
Place the sealed Meal Pod into any available Cooker. You'll receive a notification 1 minute before your meal is ready. *Meal Pod will be hot to the touch, please use the lip when removing from Cooker.*
You'll be automatically billed within 1 business day.
Using your credit card
Note: You may receive special pricing when using the KitchenMate App.
At the kiosk, tap the Tower Touch Screen to get started
Select "credit" and tap your card, or digital wallet on the payment terminal located below the screen. You'll hear a "beep" once the fridge is unlocked.
Grab your Meal Pod (and any other items you'd like).
Remove the sleeve from Meal Pod and place it in the recycling compartment located at the bottom of the kiosk.
Place the sealed Meal Pod into any available cooker. Your meal will be ready shortly. *Meal Pod will be hot to the touch, please use the lip when removing from Cooker.*
Enter your phone number if you'd like to receive an SMS when your meal is complete.
You'll be automatically billed within 1 business day.
When using the tap card reader at the physical kiosk (credit card tap, Apple Pay, Google Pay), a $0.10 pre-authorization charge will immediately appear on your statement. Once processed, the pre-authorization amount is adjusted to reflect the total value of the items removed from the Smart Fridge. Your account is charged this total and you will receive an SMS receipt for your transaction.
