Customer health & safety are at the heart of everything we do. KitchenMate takes a systems approach to addressing risks at each of the critical control points from supply chain to interactions with the technology in your workplace.

KitchenMate's hot meals are individually packaged in recyclable aluminum Smart Pods and heat-sealed for your safety. Any malicious attempts to tamper with the meal will permanently damage the packaging making it easy to recognize. All hot meals are fully cooked and are ready to be warmed on the Smart Cookers on demand.

With cold meals and snacks, simply grab and go! Hot meals are heated individually at KitchenMate's Smart Cooker kiosks which are modular and can be configured to each site. Once the meal is heated and ready, users will receive a mobile or app notification. This allows social distancing to be practiced with peace of mind. Users can avoid crowding while waiting for their meals.

Users can tap their credit card to unlock the Smart Fridge, or add credit or debit cards to their accounts, and hit 'Unlock Fridge' on the app. Once authorized, users can grab as many items as they'd like. The Smart Fridge’s vision sensors automatically detect what has been taken. Cards will only be charged for the items taken after the fridge door has been closed. If a hot meal is chosen, the user can place it on the Smart Cooker to initiate heating. Once the meal is heated and ready, a mobile or app notification will be sent.

KitchenMate delivery is done in bulk and can be contactless; curbside delivery or deliver directly to the smart-vending location are both options available to maintain social distancing and minimize delivery interactions. KitchenMate drivers are trained to respect public health measures specific to each site.
