How to troubleshoot App issues

Please follow these simple steps below to reboot the app.


iPhone

  1. Try closing out the KitchenMate App and re-opening it.

    • Instructions to close out the App can be found here.

    • If the App is still not working as expected, proceed to step 2

  2. Uninstall and re-install the KitchenMate App.

    • Uninstallation instructions can be found here.

    • Install the KitchenMate App from App Store. Instructions can be found here.

    • Note: your points, preferences and meal history will be saved.

  3. Log in to the KitchenMate App using your existing credentials.

    • If you have forgotten your password, press "Forgot" next to the password field and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.

Android
